We all make different goals and resolutions, and I am a big time resolution believer! The mark of a new year brings hope, motivation, and determination. Don't let the negative vibes have power! You CAN do this!
Some of us (or most of us) make fitness goals, some spiritual goals, and some intellectual gains. One thing is for sure, I think we all are faced with some serious motivation to change our financial circumstances. So, don't hesitate to reach out for help! Seek change even if it is overwhelming. Little steps matter most. Don't drive yourself so hard that you quit, or grow discouraged every time you slip up. Make small changes everyday and by 2019 you'll be able to say you saw change and your life was effected long term!
